Restaurant POS and online ordering system for Pakistan
Commission-free ordering, an offline-ready till, WhatsApp orders and your own riders — priced in rupees, set up in a day.
The commission stays in your till
Orders that come through your own site, app or WhatsApp carry no per-order cut. On a busy month that is the difference between a thin year and a good one.
The counter keeps working without internet
Load-shedding and a dropped connection are facts of trading here. The till keeps billing offline and syncs the moment the line is back.
Paid the way customers actually pay
Cash, card, and Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay or NayaPay — the wallet receipt is checked by your own staff before the order is accepted.
One dashboard for every branch, in rupees.
What a commission actually costs a Pakistani restaurant
A quarter to a third of the bill is the going rate on the delivery marketplaces. On forty-five lakh a month of marketplace sales, that is over eleven lakh gone before you have paid for chicken, gas or staff — and it recurs every month, on every order, forever.
The way out is not to abandon the marketplaces on day one. It is to own a second channel: your own ordering site, your own app, your WhatsApp line. Every order you move across keeps its full value, and the customer becomes yours rather than the platform's — their number, their address, their order history, in your database.
Berryin exists to make that second channel good enough that customers prefer it: a menu that loads fast on a mid-range Android, a checkout that takes the wallet they already use, and a rider whose progress they can watch on a map.
Software that assumes the power will go
Most restaurant software sold here is a web page with a card reader beside it. When the connection drops at 8pm on a Saturday, the counter stops and the queue does not.
Berryin's till holds the sale on the device. Orders rung during an outage are marked "saved offline", the kitchen ticket still prints, and everything syncs to the cloud the moment the line comes back — with no double-counting and no re-typing at closing time.
The same principle runs through the rest: the kitchen screen keeps its tickets, the order status board on the wall keeps its tokens, and the day's totals reconcile against one number, not three.
WhatsApp is a sales channel here, not a support inbox
In Pakistan a great many orders start with a message, not a search. Berryin puts that on a proper footing: customers message your number, the assistant answers with the menu, takes the order and drops it into the same kitchen queue as everything else.
Status updates go back the same way — "Order T-12 is being prepared now", "Order T-12 is ready". Nobody has to sit and type them, and nothing gets lost between a phone in someone's pocket and the kitchen.
Knowing where the money goes, not guessing
Commission is the loss you can see. The one you cannot see is in the kitchen: oil, chicken and cheese leaving without a sale behind them, because nothing counts what the recipes should have used.
Berryin deducts every dish's recipe from stock as it sells. Count once a month and the system shows you exactly what is missing, item by item, and which dishes now cost more to plate than they sell for — which, with the way ingredient prices have moved, is more of your menu than you would like.
