Karachi
Restaurant POS and online ordering software in Karachi
For a city that eats late, orders on WhatsApp and pays four different ways — with delivery zones that match how far your riders will really go.
Delivery zones that respect the traffic
A three-kilometre drop in Clifton and a three-kilometre drop through Shahrah-e-Faisal at 7pm are not the same job. Set fees and minimum orders per zone rather than one flat rate that loses money half the time.
Built for a late, long service
Peak here runs past midnight. The kitchen screen colours tickets by age, and the reports show your real peak hours so the roster matches the rush instead of the clock.
One system across branches
Gulshan, DHA and a cloud kitchen unit run on one login, with each branch's own menu, prices and stock — and one set of numbers at close.
Live orders across every branch in the city.
Karachi trades on distance
The city is big enough that delivery economics change street by street. A restaurant in Bahadurabad serving Gulshan, PECHS and DHA is running three different cost structures under one menu price, and a flat delivery fee quietly subsidises the longest orders with the shortest ones.
Berryin lets you draw the zones and price each one — fee, minimum order, and whether you serve it at all after a certain hour. The customer sees the fee before they commit, so there is no argument at the door, and the reports show which zones actually pay.
The counter cannot stop when the power does
Every Karachi operator has a story about a Saturday evening when the connection went and the queue did not. The till bills offline, the kitchen ticket still prints, and the orders sync when the line returns.
The same is true of the customer-facing screens: the order status board keeps showing tokens, so the crowd at the counter can see where their order is even while the internet is out.
Cloud kitchens, and knowing which brand earns
Karachi has more delivery-only kitchens than anywhere else in the country, and most of them run two or three brands out of one unit. When they share a kitchen, they usually share a spreadsheet too — which is where the margin goes missing.
Berryin keeps the brands separate where it matters (menus, prices, order sources) and together where it helps (one kitchen screen, one stock room, one set of riders), so you can see which brand is carrying which.
