All traffic between your browser, apps and our servers runs over TLS. Your storefront is served over HTTPS by default.
Role-based access
Staff see only what their role allows. Discounts, voids, refunds and revenue figures are permissioned separately.
Audit trail
Sensitive actions are attributed to the staff member who performed them, so questions have answers.
Regular backups
Your data is backed up on a schedule so an incident is a recovery rather than a loss.
Your data, exportable
Menu, customers and order history are yours. You can export them at any time, including if you leave.
Least-privilege internally
Our own access to customer data is limited to the people who need it for support, and it is logged.
