Berryin ("Berryin", "we", "us") provides an all-in-one restaurant ordering and management platform. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through berryin.com and the Berryin platform.

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and run the service:

• Contact details you submit through our demo or contact forms: name, restaurant name, city, phone number, email address and any message you write.
• Account and billing information for customers who subscribe to a Berryin plan.
• Operational data created by using the platform, such as menus, orders, staff accounts and reports.
• Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand what is useful.

We use your information to:

• Contact you about a demo, quote or support request.
• Set up, operate, secure and improve the Berryin platform.
• Send service messages such as billing notices and important product changes.
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

If you are a Berryin customer, the data you put into the platform — your menu, your customers, your orders — belongs to you. We process it on your behalf so we can provide the service, and you can request an export at any time.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Berryin, for example hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They may process your information only on our instructions and only to deliver their service.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and customer data is kept for the life of the subscription plus any period required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we also keep our access to your data limited to the people who need it.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

The Berryin website uses only the cookies needed to run the site and understand traffic at an aggregate level. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.
